Do you ship to ____________________? YES, we ship everywhere in the world. See
the shipping info page for details.
How much does shipping cost? Place items in your shopping cart then click the "Estimate Shipping" button. This will show you your actual shipping costs for any destination you choose.
Why haven't I received my package yet? If you are outside of the United States, your package may take several weeks to deliver, depending on which shipping service you paid chose. First Class Package International Service can be very slow. It may take over a month to receive your package. Please understand that First Class international and Priority Mail small flat rate boxes are
NOT trackable after the package leaves the United States. Do not ask us about your package --
we cannot track it.

I soldered a kit together and it doesn't work. Can you help? Yes, but first check the troubleshooting section at the bottom of every set of assembly instructions. For example, the troubleshooting information for the Defusable Clock is at the bottom of
the assembly instructions page.
