We ship anywhere in the world, and are very experienced with international shipping. We even ship on Saturdays! To determine shipping charges for an order, add items to your shopping cart and then use the "Estimate Shipping" button. This will show you the actual shipping charges for your location.

We offer the following shipping methods for U.S. orders:

• U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail : This is the most affordable option for U.S. orders. Electronics are light and small, so most shipments only cost a few dollars. Delivery is fast because we are located in the central U.S.
• U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail : Delivery within 2-3 days
• U.S. Postal Service Express Mail : Delivery within 1-2 days, tracking information is provided.
• UPS Ground : trackable delivery for U.S. orders

We offer the following shipping methods for international orders:

• U.S. Postal Service First Class Package International Service : Very low cost, but delivery time varies by location and packages are not trackable. Delivery time is often within 10 business days, but is sometimes much longer. Customs processing can sometimes be very slow in some countries (Germany, Italy). Please be patient when using this inexpensive service.
• U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail International : Delivery in 6-10 business days according to the U.S. Postal Service. Small flat-rate box is affordable but not trackable. Usually fast to most countries, but customs processing can be very slow in some countries (Germany, Italy). Please be patient.
• U.S. Postal Service Express Mail International : Fastest, most reliable international service. Tracking information provided.

Returns

Please contact orders@nootropicdesign.com to arrange for a return. Merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition can be refunded. The purchase price of the merchandise will be refunded once the returned merchandise is received.

Satisfaction is guaranteed. In the unlikely event that a component or printed circuit board is defective, a replacement product will be shipped and return postage for the defective product provided. We cannot be responsible, however, for delays or damage caused by the shipping process.
