    is it possible to implement for cameras on single Video Experimenter, which will be sending the images at once to phone via. bluetooth. ( i want a kind of real time system).

    or it is possible to use 4 PAL camera instead of CMOS camera.

    Or can somebody advice, an alternate way to do so,….

    The Video Experimenter only has one input and one output. They are composite video. Wireless transmission of the frame buffer is probably beyond what the ATmega328 can do.
