    Is it possible to connect android as an input and CRT as an output

    Only composite video input and output is allowed. An Android phone is not going to output composite video without some special hardware. Many small camera modules can be used, though. There are small cameras at places like Sparkfun that have composite video ouput.

    Well, I really don’t know what hardware would allow you to use an Android phone’s camera to generate a composite signal. At that point, you would want to just use a normal camera module, and forget the phone.
