Display 8

Hello,
I bought a defusable clock 6 month ago.
It was working very well since, but last sunday when I turned it on, it only displayed “8” on the second digit and nothing was working anymore.
When I turn it off and turn it on pushing on button it dislay 6, 0 or other numbers depending on which button I’m pushing on.

Any idea of what’s happening and how to fix it ?

That’s strange behavior. Is there anything causing connections on the back of the board to short out? Are you touching the back of the board, especially near the crystal?

Feel free to send pictures of the back of the board so I can have a look.

The bord is placed on bracket so nothing is causing connection but I will check carefully the back of the board and send you pictures.

It’s been a long time since I got connected sorry.
The problem is fixed but I don’t know how… One day it just worked…
