firmware replace problem with arduino 1.0

hi, i have a problem with interface from arduino 1.0 ide to defusable clock

i used an fdti converter usb to rs232 chip with relative driver.

i selected on arduino 1.0 ide,

board arduino duemilanove on atmega328
serial port com4 (corretly functionating)
and try all bootloader version

compile is ok, but in the uploading the result error is : sync 0x00

can you help me ?? thanksss

Hmm. I’m not sure what is wrong, your settings look correct.

Have you tried removing the ATmega328 chip and inserting it into an Arduino to upload to it?
