    Ok, this might be a stupid question… You’ve been warned. 🙂

    Using the video experimenter shield can the output from a NTSC based VCR be converted to PAL?

    I got a tape recorded in PAL that won’t play in a NTSC based VCR, so again, the signal is already messed up with, but can it somehow be “timed” right so it can be converted and played in a watchable way?

    No, sorry. It can’t alter the video signal.
