Recently, I purchased the nootropic video experimenter shield. I am from India and the TV broadcast signals here are PAL. I have been trying to read PAL signals and extract some information out of it.I tried out all possible lines and configuration but all in vain. All I get is random characters.

Anyone here has any luck in decoding PAL signals?

I am looking at extracting the channel no,channel name and programme name.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance.
