When the Video Experimenter says it captures low resolution NTSC video what exactly does that mean? For the task I am considering using this for the system has an NTSC camera that outputs the NTSC standard 525 lines. Will this work with the Video Experimenter? Will the output resolution be the same as the input resolution? Any help that can be offered would be appreciated.

It can capture a monochrome 128×96 bitmap of the incoming signal. The original signal is not modified, but a low-res capture can be overlaid onto the signal.
