I’m using a board on a groundstation for FPV. FPV uses a small video RX and TX to transmit video from a plane or quad. The signal is often not good. Seems to be working good however when the video signal is poor or with static the overlay jumps. I assume this is because the LM1881 is being fooled by false syncs? Is this something I’m going to have to live with or is there a hardware/software solution?

Yes, I think that the problem is the dirty signal. I’m sure the LM1881 interprets some of that noise as sync and things get out of sync.
