ordering video experimenter from india

i’m shobha from India. This topic is not related to any technical doubts but this is regarding the ordering of video experimenter.
From past 2 days i’m trying to order the video experimenter online but the moment everything is done and i enter my credit card number i get the message ” The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number. “
I tried with other debit and credit cards but i’m getting the same message. my card is visa . so my worry is whether i can order the shield with my indian credit / debit card ????
Plese help … i need this shield badly to continue my academic project.
